You can't. Only members of the alliance owning House can go there unferried. So either join that alliance or get ferried.

I saw ferries being given in the American server, so is your problem that you aren't in the American servers and can't find someone to ferry you?

the only way to get into an elite mission while not being ferried first is to be in the controlling alliance

Actually, there is a way around it, provided the person being ferried has Cavalon/HzuH.

See, if someone has been there, they can go to their guild hall, and can form a party there, and hit leave guild hall, and drag the rest of the party back with them. I know plenty of people who keep a char stationed in Urgoz for the soul purpose of doing that.

People being ferried from the guild hall had to have been to the Elite Mission in question before, to unlock it. The person being the Ferry must leave the elite mission in question by going directly from the mission to their guild hall, pick up the ferry riders, and use 'leave guild hall' to ferry them back.

Some members of those Aliances will take people to those missions by grouping with them, then taking them there. That's being ferried.
